Domestic Orders

We ship in unmarked plain brown or white corrugated shipping boxes. There is no reference to SPY or Security on any of our packaging.

Our fixed shipping charges are based upon UPS or FedEx rates. Shipments to a P.O. Box or APO Box will be shipped via the USPS (United States Post Office)

International Orders

Overseas orders can not be placed online and must be emailed or called in at which time shipping charges will be quoted. Standard US shipping charges DO NOT apply to overseas orders. Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We can quote the shipping charge on a case by case basis or you can check with your local agencies regarding the rates. We will ship per your instructions and will cooperate with you in any way we can. You are responsible for all duties, tariffs and taxes. Please do not ask us to alter invoices, manifest or shipping documents so you can avoid these costs.

Express Orders

We recommend FedEx Next Day Air Service or FedEx Second Day Service if express shipping is requested. We will ship these orders the day they are placed. We charge the normal FedEx Express and FedEx 2nd Day fees only. We do not charge "packing & handling" fees.

All deliveries require a signature. We will not ship with “OK to leave without signature”.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and potentially no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item is defective. If an item is defective, you must contact Clearview Security Inc., for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

For your protection, authorized returns of defective products should be sent, prepaid and insured, via FedEx, UPS or U.S. mail. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

Warranty

We guarantee all Clearview Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for ninety (90) days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair (at our option) a defective item, provided there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering, or alteration.

Miscellaenous:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and agrees to use the products only in a lawful manner.

The customer is responsible for any and all costs, direct or indirect, including legal fees, associated with a misuse of any of our products that initiates a lawsuit.
